Not everyone wants to break out the spandex and cosplay their favorite character, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want to sport a little something in their honor. Designer Enzo Volante understands our dilemma and has created these absolutely beautiful custom jackets inspired by iconic characters. Enzo, who has been sewing since 2009, started out as a fashion/textile student but, like many talented artists, found the rigidity of structured classes too stifling. He left school to learn on his own and now creates all his work on a made-to-order basis as a one man operation. (Thanks to Micah who brought Enzo and his work to our attention!)

Nerd up the basketball court in jerseys showcasing your favorite superheroes and characters! These new jerseys include designs for Spider-Man, Wolverine, the Punisher, and more. The fronts feature nice designs, and the backs have names and/or numbers. My favorite is the Stormtrooper tee (I know, shocking) because the back features the number 77.

My only gripe is that the smallest size they offer is medium, and medium in men’s clothing doesn’t always fit ladies. Darnit.

Nice hat, bub. Wolverine is ready for action on this 100% polyester baseball cap embroidered with your favorite hero and the iconic X-Men symbol. I bet he’d love this cap, or want to shred it to pieces depending on his mood. That could pose a problem, but I bet if you smile really pretty he’ll let you live.

If you need a litmus test to determine whether someone is a true comics fan, ask them to guess the identity of the minimalist superhero or villian on your t-shirt.

Who knew that crocheted costumes are all the rage? I see more and more patterns and finished costumes available. This Wolverine costume pattern features the softest adamantium claws you’ll ever see. As you can imagine, this look works best on little ones and this pattern will fit sizes 2T-3T.

Three blades instead of two—eh, close enough. Cosplayed by Mariana Silvera.

Fashionably Geek reader Crystal Phan sent us this pic of her bad ass tattoo of the female Wolverine clone X-23. Thanks Crystal!

If you have access to a cutting torch, welder and a Dremel, you can fashion superior Wolverine claws like these out of some thrift shop ice skates and a few nails and bolts.

Instructables user Jonathan Elwell managed to put these together for only $5. Check out his full set of instructions in the link below.
