The only people who would seem to enjoy playing with these would seem to be children under 6 years old and drunk men. Neither one of them have much sense and both are easily amused.

It may not be a hat that you can wear on your next night out, but it would be a nice thing to have at a party when you plan on drinking a lot more than medically recommended. Anyone of the opposite sex that finds it amusing is obviously as drunk as you are and a prime candidate for late night activities.
