I’ve never wanted to get holes in my ear lobes big enough to plug until I saw these custom pieces by Marc Short. I’m still not taking the plunge (which is just as well since these aren’t for sale) but his designs are definitely the coolest and most stylish plugs I’ve seen. He’s got designs including Pokeballs, Mario and Luigi, Pac-Man, Donkey King (with neat-o bases that look like wooden barrels), and more.

The mushrooms are tired of being slaughtered for pizzas, trips and 1UPs. Details are scarce, but it seems as though they are planning to take over the planet with some sort of nuclear device filled with mushroom poison. Naturally, it was the mushroom with the mustache that hatched the plan.
Scary as hell apparently. Somehow the idea of a fat Italian plumber shooting turtles and riding a dinosaur seems absurd now.
