I understand that apparel for foods is pushing the subject of this blog, but a knit cap is a knit cap in my book. The fact that this one is made to keep a boiled egg hot does not disqualify it. I am not sure how often you have the problem of your boiled egg getting cold, but someone obviously had a major problem with it. You will likely see these in your finest eating establishments in the future.
