This cosplay is all about the makeup that makes 19-year-old Anastasiya Shpagina look like a real-life anime girl. She spends about an hour applying it herself and it makes her eyes freakishly large so she has that crazy, wide-eyed anime look to her face. She’s even considering plastic surgery on her eyes to make the look permanent.
