This Snow White Renaissance Cosplay Is Stunning

Disney Princesses are timeless, but their stories have origins in specific times and places. In the case of Snow White, you’re talking about Renaissance Germany.

It’s that time and place that have inspired this historically accurate Snow White cosplay by Sara Cosplays—and it is absolutely breathtaking.

#TransformationTuesday…oh what a grand transformation it's been. I began making historical Snow White on a whim on new year's eve of 2014 with the intention of wearing her to #Katsucon in 2015. Little did I know what was in store for my cosplay adventure from that one gown. This gown aided in me becoming a part of D.C. cosplay photoshoots group, which has been a huge cosplay motivation for me. I won my first cosplay competition in this gown. I just have a lot of feelings okay. So here's a little then and now comparison of Katsucon 2015, and an image by @samapplecummins from my most recent cosplay photoshoot in November. I don't know about you, but I can tell I have more confidence being in front of a camera, and I learned to put on a wig. ? Here's to many more opportunities to grow and transform my craft! #SnowWhiteCosplay #SnowWhite #DisneyPrincess #DisneyCosplay #SnowWhiteAndTheSevenDwarves #Cosplay
