squeezeme_mittens_big.jpg

The idea here is pretty simple, two knit mittens that are sewn together. One is adult sized, the other for a child. As long as the mitten stays on each of your hands, you know they are still safely with you. It is not specified whether this is sold as a single mitten or in pairs. Because if you try to use two of these at once, you may run into some difficulties.

No self respecting geek is going to tell time by looking at two hands pointing to numbers. Anyone can do that. The eclipse watch has a unique dial with two planet-like hands. Once every hour they meet, creating what appears like an eclipse. Anything that makes others look and wonder is enough reason to get something like this.

Zip Yer Lip Bags

in Bags

zipyerlip.jpg

Form follows function with these useful little Zip Yer Lip Bags. There is plenty of room in the 7″ by 4 1/2″ bag to carry everything you need. Fashioning the zipper as the mouth is pure genius and everyone who sees yo with this will have the same thought. Either that or thinking they would never be caught dead with one. They just have no sense of style and fun.

They way I see it, a woman buying this for herself as a unique piece of jewelry to set herself apart is very acceptable. But a man giving this to a girlfriend on Christmas? I hope you were not very attached to her, because this would be a slap in the face. Just because it is unique will not mean it will be appreciated, not even if you splurge for the much more expensive sterling silver version.

juveniaprotractora.jpg

This Juvenia Protractor Watch from the 1960′s can be yours today. A sleek design that looks contemporary even today. And while it may not come cheap, how many other watches sport a protractor as the hour hand? Not many would be my guess.

This is part of a personal collection, so if you want to be the coolest architect in your office, you need to act fast.

LumiTops

in Women's Apparel

lumitop-jenna-bluecb.JPGThis top will get you noticed no matter when you wear it, and not just for the cleavage baring plunged neckline. The luminous fabric works much like fiber optics, and when lit gives you a unique look. Turn the light off and you have a semi-transparent top to draw men like flies. Wear it to your favorite club and your friends will have no problem finding you at the end of the night.
