Blind Squirrel Props was recently commissioned to make a pair of Bagh Nakhs from Final Fantasy XIV, and was kind enough to provide plenty of detail on how the stunning “Tiger Claws” were made.

The claws won’t inflict any real damage, but the final product sure looks lethal.

If you are willing to drop some serious cash for some seriously authentic clothing based on characters from your favorite nerdly movies, tv shows, anime and games, look no further than AbbyShot clothiers.

We’ve featured their Tenth Doctor’s coat replica in the past, but we recently noticed that they also have stuff like Malcolm Reynold’s Browncoat ($355), the Mad Max Jacket ($436), a Pill Jacket from Akira ($484), a G-I-G Shrug from Ghost In The Shell ($115) and more.

Let’s just hope most of these are warm because it might be the only thing separating you from the elements after the bank takes your house.

This Gryffindor school robe isn’t a cheap replica you might wear on Halloween—it’s for hardcore fans like this guy who demand the best.

The robe was made directly from the costume used in the film with all of the extra details—including a hidden wand pocket. Available with your choice of Gryffindor or Slytherin house crests for $149.

The Harry Potter set also includes exact replicas of the Hogwarts sweater and tie ($85), the school skirt ($75) and Hermione’s Yule Ball gown ($325). Check out the uniforms after the break.

Yeah, I see your little belt-mounted cellphone case. Dorky for sure, but it’s nothing compared to this limited edition Batman Utility Belt.

Made by UD Replicas, the same guys that have brought us all of those movie-themed motorcycle suits, the belt is made from gold-colored leather and features adjustable pouches for your cellphone, wallet, keys, etc.

UD Replicas definitely has a good thing going by transforming costumes from our favorite nerdy films into motorcycle suits. We’ve already seen it with Batman, Wolverine and Iron Man—but now it’s TRON’s turn.

Not this bad boy.

Personally, I think anyone who shows up for a meeting with this Iron Man 2 Tony Stark Mark V Briefcase Replica is showing up to get things done.
