Wow, these Star Wars cuffs are fantastic. They are available in Rebel, Sith, Jedi and Imperial versions for $75 each—but that’s a bargain when you consider that each one is handmade out of solid copper.

Check out the rest of the cuff designs after the break.

San Diego Comic-Con is three weeks away. Do you know where your costume is? Believe it or not, you can still put a costume together for the convention and have time to spare. In fact, both of the costumes I’m wearing this year will be put together in July. As in I haven’t even bought any of the pieces for construction yet. I might be an extreme example, but procrastination is common in the cosplay world. You should join us; we won’t judge you on your lateness.

If you were thinking about starting a collection of panties worn by women that have worked on Doctor Who (and let’s face it, we have all considered it), this man is the gold standard.

Back in April, we revealed the first two Chuck Taylors Converse Japan has planned as a tribute to the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. However, it seems that they had more up their sleeve.

The latest versions feature graphics lifted right from the game. Check out the Bowser’s Castle version (along with additional pics) after the break.

It’s been far too long since I’ve played a tabletop roleplaying game. I miss Saturday nights spent with friends around a crowded table overflowing with caffeinated drinks, Chipotle burritos, and some noxious smelling but delicious chips. The food and drinks were stuffed in between dice, character sheets, pencils, graph paper, and the single calculator that everyone shared. Games would last until the early hours of the next morning, and occasionally I’d let my character suffer an injury so I could crawl into the corner and go to sleep. It was a singular yet familiar environment.

Our friends at Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab have developed a RPG series devoted to gaming night. They are known for blending perfume oils with exacting precision. They take their time and experiment. The end result is bigger than perfume oil—it’s experiences. It’s places. It’s RPG characters. Each person who rubs a BPAL oil into his or her skin will smell something different. That’s partially because of body chemistry and mostly because perfume oils shouldn’t be like a McDonald’s hamburger. They shouldn’t be the same to everyone, and the team at BPAL utilize their skills to customize the experience.

When Dale Price found out that a route change woud take his son Rain’s bus right past his house in the morning, he decided to use the opportunity to its fullest. For 170 days out of the school year, Dale waved to the bus each morning in a different, elaborate, and often completely ridiculous costume.

Even though Dale says the costumes and weekday morning waves were “a way of letting him know that we really care about him,” Rain said he doesn’t plan on thanking his dad for the effort, since, for instance, his dad greeted his peers wearing a seashell bra: “I’m not going to reward him for this; his reward is seeing my embarrassment.”

Rain didn’t receive much flak for his Dad’s antics—they found the morning ritual to be fun. In fact, the whole town enjoyed it—which is why the Price family set up a blog to chronicle all of the costumes.

You’ll never be so excited to have crabs in your hair.

Indeed, the Half-Life Headcrab hat is now available from ThinkGeek. Wearing it shouldn’t turn you into a zombie, but make sure to keep a crowbar handy just in case. Pairs really well with the Alien Facehugger plush.

Check out a video of the hat “in action” after the break.

As you’ve probably heard by now, NBC passed on the Wonder Woman reboot. On one hand you have a passionate fanbase, on the other you have a feminist icon and in the middle you have dudes that just want to see a hot chick running around in hot pants. Needless to say, Wonder Woman is a tough character to nail down in a live action format.

This image at Adrianne Palicki in her WW hot pants is a glimpse of what might have been.
