The designer may have named this a Getaway Bag because it includes most items you normally need to take with you on vacation, passport, toothbrush, etc. But the gun and bullets make me think that they are talking about an entirely different kind of getaway.

If you wear this Runaway Patient Costume to a costume party, I doubt that anyone else will be wearing the same thing. To be the ultimate in reality it contains tights with fake buttocks having a thermometer sticking out and a harness to hold the IV pole. An IV bag with tube is included as well. If you rig up your own IV it would seem an easy way to carry around a drink as well.
