Adidas has proved that tennis shoes and Star Wars are a snazzy (and comfortable) combo. Designer Freehand Profit decided to take it one step further—he made a wearable Stormtrooper helmet from two pairs of Adidas sneakers.

It looks more comfortable than the standard armor bucket, but I don’t want to think about the smell. If you want to wear sneakers on your head, you can bid on this piece right now at eBay.

The Steamy Side sounds a lot more inviting than the Dark Side to me.  If you’re a droid susceptible to rust, you might not feel the same.

The whole Wonder Woman pants issue continues to rage on, stoked by the two final covers of Justice League #1. As you will see in the image below, they feature Wonder Woman with and without pants.

That makes Mario Pieda’s photoshop above all that more amusing. It turns the tables and re-imagines all of the other Justice League members without pants.

In the following ad for the Kia Picanto, 1200 bottles of nail polish and 900 fake fingernails come together to create what is being hyped as “the world’s first nail art animation.” I have to admit—it’s pretty impressive.

Dylan Collard explores what it would be like if our favorite comic book heroes moved to Florida and spent more time worrying about their medication than fighting crime.

Here we see an aged Wonder Woman trying to keep up the payments on her invisible jet, even though they say she shouldn’t be flying with her poor eyesight.

From the description:

“The Star-Scream.” – Edvard Munchatron, ca. 2005. Digital medium, pixels on monitor

No one really knows the meaning behind this expressionist painting, though some hints in the brushwork suggest that the artist is meaning to convey the profound anguish that a robot feels as irony shoots it in the face while a demonic god-robot / planet looks on.

The San Francisco branch of Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art school recently held a Star Wars-themed class. If you are unfamiliar with Dr. Sketchy’s, the movement is described thusly:

Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art school is the world’s premier alt.drawing movement. Artists draw glamorous underground performers in an atmosphere of boozy conviviality. Found in 2005 in a dive bar in Brooklyn, Dr. Sketchy’s has now spread to over 100 cities around the world.

That having been said, check out some cosplayers dressing up for art in the (semi-NSFW) video after the break.
