This shirt is offensive, and a lie. Clark Kent and Superman (Kal-El) are one and the same. Martha and Jonathan Kent in Smallville, who adopted him as their own, are both legal US citizens. He automatically becomes a US citizen, no matter where he is from. He also marries Lois Lane, AN AMERICAN, so he also has that , incase Martha and Jonathan for what ever reason didn’t legaly adopt him.
