A Flock of Seagulls were known for their soft rock and the lead singer’s unusual hairstyle. Steven Seagal is known for playing a tough guy in mediocre movies that seem more about stroking his ego than making interesting films. So you can see how logical it was to combine the two to make one excellent shirt.
