After the success of their Chuck II update, Converse is giving their iconic Chuck Taylor All-Stars a once-in-a-century style makeover that’s focused on comfort.

The new “Converse All Star Modern” will be available in both Hi and Ox varieties that offer circular knit uppers, Nike Hyperfuse, contoured full-length Phylon outsoles and neoprene tongues and linings. Bryan Cioffi, vice president/creative director of Converse Global Footwear describes the colletion as “a comfortable, lightweight product that’s new, exciting and modern, but still feels very Converse.”

Additional features include debossed All Star ankle patches and HTM logos on the heel pull tab. Black, action red, lucid green, soar blue and white colors will be available.

The new All Stars will be available on Converse.com and retail stores starting June 16th, with the Hi retailing for $140 and the Ox for $130.
