Polka Dot Skeleton Top

I will file this under things that make no sense to me. The skeleton design on the front of the shirt may be ok. The goofy polka sleeves would be all right, particularly if you were an actor in some sort of Disney show. Is there any reason that you would put those tow designs together? This is a bit much even for a rebellious teenager.
