The Marisha Shrug is a somewhat odd dress, something you would expect to see on a woodland dweller in the 1500′s. But that is not the oddest part about it. First, the hood has a cutout in the back for ponytails or any other long hair do. But the pièce de résistance are the Hoof Cuffs.
