Some dates in history are meant to be celebrated, others are just marked as a part of history. This Crude Oil Necklace definitely belongs in the latter group. This limited edition has been released as the designers promised when oil hit $100 per barrel. That means the end of cheap fossil fuels for all of us and may just point us in the right direction for the future. By wearing this necklace you can celebrate the rise of big oil’s profits or the need to find other energy sources for the future. Green advocates meet corporate titans. A lot of symbolism for a small barrel on a necklace.

Great=great=great. Now how do we get these people to something about it! I know ,send a reporter to washington with a bunch of these necklaces and record their reaction.Especially if it’s free. This is something that never goes out of style. This is an event that should be marked, tragic as it is.
