You can buy stupid hats anywhere, and I think this would qualify. However, the design does give it just a bit more class than your average stupid hat. I don’t know whether it is the tail hanging down the back or the claws that frame the face of the wearer. Or maybe it is just because you don’t usually see someone wearing a hat looks like a yummy but expensive dinner.
