Make A Functional Maze Scarf For Your Fidgety Fingers

Okay—this is clever.

An avid knitter named Abigail has developed a way to make a scarf into a fully functional maze that’s great for people with “fidgety fingers”. The pattern allows you to push a marble from one end of the maze to the other.

The finished scarf comes out to about 5’ and is reversible. It is knit with 2 colors of worsted weight yarn, 465 yards in each color. I prefer using Encore yarn, but any worsted weight will work.

The pattern also calls for at least one regularly sized marble (not a shooter marble). This is what makes the scarf fun to play with even after you finish it! Marble can be purchased either online or at your local toy store!

If you’re interested in trying to make one for yourself, the pattern is available for $4.75 on Ravelry.
