If you wear this Runaway Patient Costume to a costume party, I doubt that anyone else will be wearing the same thing. To be the ultimate in reality it contains tights with fake buttocks having a thermometer sticking out and a harness to hold the IV pole. An IV bag with tube is included as well. If you rig up your own IV it would seem an easy way to carry around a drink as well.
