Hunger Games superfan Jessica crafted this magnificent Mockingjay wedding dress which took first place at a costume contest a few months back on mockingjay.net. She describes it thusly:
It was constructed using a vintage wedding dress base, to which I added a layer of fiery fabric to imitate the dress in flames, then black feather boas for the black feathers. I also added the sheer sleeves and veil piece as well. I’m not sure if it’s visible, but there are also faux pearls strung along the neckline.

Could the world finally get sexy superhero lingerie? Socially Stealth is certainly working on it. Though the Wonder Woman lingerie isn’t available to order just yet, they are making a list of interested parties for the upcoming release. I think the design hits the right notes and absolutely misses the trashy, Halloween costume look I’ve seen some superhero lingerie take on. It just needs a lasso.
