People carry guns in sling-type holsters, so why not an axe? It’s perfect for the mobile zombie hunter that likes to get his hands dirty.

    Pathetic I mean,
Whoever believes the world will end at 2012 then come on if the world ends your atleast gonna die when it ends or a few years later and how does the world know zombies with be crazed with eating your brain.

Second I don’t believe the world will end.

Dude, they know! Thats why they are telling us with video games that prepare us for wasteland survival like Fallout3! Seriously, when the elite scamper off to their bunkers and release the virus to biologically eradicate the lower classes without damage to properties from bombing, your best bet will be a damn good sword or axe. You don’t run out of bullets with an axe…

      I second this complaint/statement.

Anywho, a zombie apocalypse is better than a shady apocalypse that simply states “The world will end”.

This way, our fates are tied to our weaponry and/or bullets rather than a verbal explanation for death-by-meteor… or did they change that to some other Y2K thing?

if and when all this shit happens ,what makes anybody think there going to survive it to even have an oppurtunity to use any of the suvival gear they purchased!

If for some reason someone doesn’t survive their purchase will help someone else scavenging over their body.  A death because of stupidity, poor survival skills and bad luck will help create a better life for those of us who are more suited for a life after organized society…

If an “apocalypse” happens most people in cities will die. 80% of U.S. citizens live in 10 metropolitan areas, so bye-bye. For me I live in rural Montana :)
