I didn’t watch the show, but I understand that Chris Brown’s uncomfortable Michael Jackson tribute this past weekend featured dancers dressed in illuminated clothes during the Smooth Criminal number.

Well, iLuminate, the company behind the light-up clothing has informed me that they are currently accepting offers for event work, and they have some videos that show off what their system can do.

The iLuminate EL8 device allows users to wirelessly control vivid Electroluminscent (EL) Wire, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and other low-voltage portable lights to create an unforgettable interactive experience. With iLuminate, lighting can be controlled by anything from handheld devices (such as an iPhone) to industry standard lighting consoles that support the DMX512 protocol. The system is perfect for dancers, instruments, set pieces, costuming and other performance detailing.
