It isn’t often that I am looking for a product to make my hair a neon color that glows on its own. But just in case I do I am glad to know that there is a simple product out there that can handle the task. This Glowing Hair Gel creates its own light. No need to go to a club that has a black light just so you can see the effect. So even if parent’s night at your kids school is when you choose to wear it, you know you will still get the full effect.
