Professors at Durham University in England are attempting to prevent young med students from emotionally detaching themselves from their patients—and they believe that using an “Incision Gown” can help. The silk gown features 9 zips that illustrate where surgeons make incisions in the body for various surgical procedures.
The benefits are two-fold—students wear the gown as a reminder that they may be a patient someday, and it also functions as a learning tool. Plus, it has potential to be the latest hot trend in fashion this year.

When I think pitapockets, I think “hmmm… I could go for some hummus right now,” not “wow, that would make for a fine wallet.” I guess that is why I write about gadgets and clothes—not design them. Unfortunately, the Pitapocket Wallet by designer Anat Safran is only a concept at the moment.

Look at the advantages of this pair of glasses. They are 11″ wide so you have a very wide field of vision and they have wipers to keep your view clear.
There are disadvantages, though. The wipers are not motorized so you will have to move them with your hand and they are absolutely ridiculous looking. Having listed both you should be able to make your own informed decision on the value of these.

Is this just a simple way to get a gratuitous picture of an attractive female body on the page? Absolutely.
You wouldn’t really want to be surprised by this. If you ever walked into the kitchen a little absent mindedly and the first thing you saw was your wife wearing this apron, you might just soil yourself. And rightfully so.

When were propeller caps cool? Oh I know…like 70 years ago. Unless I missed the boat on this one, propeller caps are still lame.
However, hackers looking for some unique retro headgear can pick one of these up with the classic skull and crossbones design. Fortunately, you can choose to purchase one without a propeller if you choose.

The Wiener Dog is a viscous bloodthirsty animal. It would just assume kill you than look at you. Oh, and my penis is pretty vicious as well—so this shirt works on numerous levels.

Everyone loves the Wizard of Oz. Now you can be like Dorothy every time you leave your house. This unique handbag has Toto in a basket. What you can’t really see is that the attached Toto zips across the top. Open him up and store all your belongings safely. It is probably a good way to thwart purse snatchers. Between them thinking you are crazy and not wanting to be seen with it themselves, they will all probably just leave you alone.
